Industry leaders and politicians will share their expertise on Europe’s cannabis market in Toronto, and another summit in New York

The goal is to find valuable ways in which North American businesses can capitalize and enter the growing European market

Cannabis Europa said Wednesday that it will be taking its European expertise, knowledge and research across the Atlantic to Toronto, Canada, the market at the forefront of the medicinal cannabis sector and to New York City.

Cannabis Europa has been at the heart of the European cannabis industry since its inception, playing an important role in the push for legalization in the UK in 2018 and France in 2019.

On November 5, over 30 speakers will participate in the Cannabis Europa Transatlantic Forum at the Fairmont Royal York, in Toronto. The event is expected to draw industry leaders, investors, politicians, and advocates for a content-packed day of networking and learning.

According to the organizers, Emmanuelle Fontaine Domeizel, who is a member of the French National Assembly, Jersey senator Lyndon Farnham, Jane Heitmann, a member of the Danish parliament and  () (OTCMKTS:HRVOF) senior VP Will Stewart are among the line-up of speakers.

On November 7, the action will shift to New York with the Cannabis Europa Leaders Summit taking place at the Metropolitan Club, in Manhattan.

"Despite being world leaders, the American cannabis industry's growth is impeded by regulation. Our goal is to provide valuable ways in which American businesses can capitalize and enter the growing European market," said Cannabis Europa co-founder and chief brand officer Alastair Moore.

Cannabis Europa is Europe's leading medical cannabis conference series with events across the continent.
