EuroLife Brands focuses on pet, human consumables market as part of its global cannabis brand strategy

The company has launched a new EuroLifeBrands.com website to reflect shifts in its European and South American activities toward the CBD market

Inc () (OTCMKTS:CANVF) said Wednesday that the cannabis analytics company is strengthening its position in the pet and human consumables market as part of a global cannabis brand strategy.   

The company, formerly known as Cannvas MedTech Inc, is beginning a new chapter as it applies its education and analytics platforms to a new line of business poised for aggressive gloal expansion.

In a statement, the firm said it had completed its corporate rebranding and its digital properties have been updated to reflect the new EuroLife branding.

The company has launched a new EuroLifeBrands.com website to reflect shifts in its European and South American activities toward the CBD market. It added that the anchor of its North American operations remains its Canada and US-focused digital cannabis education resources, Cannvas.Me and Cannvas.Pet.

Eurolife said it has formed a new veterinary advisory board to guide the Canvas.Pet platform. The board will be spearheaded by award-winning veterinarian Dr Scott Bainbridge, who has over 20 years of experience in the field. Dr Bainbridge and his team of vets diagnose some 15,000 cases every year at his Dundas West Animal Hospital in Toronto.

As part of its overhaul, Eurolife has also added two new culinary-focused members to its cannabis sciences advisory board. Carlton Bone, who is the founder of popular Portland-based Upward Cannabis Kitchen, and award-winning author and culinary herbalist Pat Crocker have joined that advisory board. The two have been roped in to boost education around cannabis-infused edibles and beverages, while contributing towards potential consumer packaged goods on the EuroLife Marketplace platform.

"With our corporate rebrand complete, we are free to focus all efforts on continuing to grow the EuroLife cannabis brand across Europe and South America with a determination on new opportunities, strategic mergers and acquisitions to build shareholder value," Inc CEO Shawn Moniz said in the statement.

He noted that CBD was becoming a major ingredient in consumer-packaged goods and the company expected to “quickly become a leader” in the space by leveraging its “rich repository of unbiased and physician-backed” original educational content, alongside its consumer data.

EuroLife recently announced the acquisition of 1216165 BC Ltd, better known as True Focus International, to get the exclusive rights to market its suite of products. True Focus is best known for its popular, all-natural, patent-pending oral spray which works to blunt the effects of THC overconsumption.
