Ltd () has granted incentive stock options, pursuant to its rolling stock option plan, to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. An aggregate of 240,000 of the options have been granted to insiders of the company. The options are exercisable at 12 cents each for a period of five years, expiring on October 25, 2024. The grant of options is subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange. 

Corporation’s () (OTCMKTS:NNOMF) patented technology for the low-cost production of high-performance lithium-ion battery cathode materials could lower manufacturing costs for batteries, alphaDIRECT Advisors says. Shawn Severson, founding partner of the investor-intelligence firm, issued a report on Nano One’s corporate structure and the world-wide lithium-ion cathode industry, among other issues. “With the industry driving for lower costs and higher power densities, battery materials are a key consideration,” he wrote. “With the cathode accounting for approximately 27% of the cost of a lithium-ion battery, we believe Nano One is uniquely positioned to enable battery manufacturers and material suppliers to lower costs through a new and innovative cathode processing technology.”

(NYSEAMERICAN:GORO) will hold a third-quarter earnings conference call on October 30 at 11 am ET. CEO Jason Reid will host the call. Topics of discussion will include quarterly results and an update on current operations. The call will be recorded and posted to the company’s website in three to five business days from recording. Gold Resource is a gold and silver producer, developer and explorer with operations in Oaxaca, Mexico and Nevada. The company has returned $112 million to its shareholders in consecutive monthly dividends since July 2010 and offers its shareholders the option to convert their cash dividends into physical gold and silver and take delivery.

Corp () boosted its revenue and cash base in its second-quarter, thanks to strong cannabis sales from a broader product offering. The pot company posted revenues of C$402,000 for the quarter ended August 31, a 341% increase from its first-quarter revenue of C$92,000. It ended the quarter with over C$4.5 million in cash after divesting most of its addiction services assets as the company transitions to a pure-play cannabis operator.

Inc () CEO Al Altomari said Monday that the women’s healthcare company was preparing for commercialization in the event that its lead product candidate, Twirla, an investigational prescription contraceptive is approved. In a statement accompanying the Princeton, New Jersey-based women’s healthcare company’s latest numbers, Altomari said: “The third quarter of 2019 was another productive quarter for the company. We raised much needed cash to fund our business and allow us to reactivate Corium to prepare for commercialization in the event that Twirla is approved and to accomplish other precommercial activities.”

Ltd () is launching its suite of secure data management and secure communication via a preferred cybersecurity partner covering Ethiopia and other regions of Africa, the company announced Monday. The results, which were pulled from a 1.5 kilometer by 3 kilometer area, included more than 20 samples with more than 200 grams of silver per ton (g/t) and multiple results above 15,000 g/t silver and as much as 7.67 g/t gold.

() (OTCMKTS:SOHFF) has revealed that, with improving market prices for zinc and good relations with the local community, it will be renewing mining operations at Campo Morado in Mexico. Campo Morado is a polymetallic base metal project in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, which has mining and milling equipment capable of producing up to 2,500 tonnes per day. Four months after purchasing Campo Morado, Telson brought the mine back into operation initiating pre-production in October 2017. It declared commercial production in May 2018, operating the mine continuously for 22 months until August 2019 when operations were stopped as a result of declining zinc prices.

Enertopia Corporation () (OTCMKTS:ENRT) announced Monday it has signed a letter of intent with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd () (OTCMKTS:EGPLF) to earn up to a 75% interest in the 7,000-hectare Pine Channel high-grade gold project in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. Eagle Plains will be the operator of the property which is considered to have significant potential to host orogenic gold mineralization.

Dunnedin Ventures Inc () is kicking off a new drill program at its MPD project in British Columbia to test two zones that previously revealed significant gold and copper mineralization. The Vancouver-based junior is planning to drill 1,500 metres at the Prime Zone and the Man Zone, where historic exploration uncovered high gold values on the property. Previous drilling at Prime in 2013 returned results of 24.6 metres of 0.3% copper and 0.07 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 12 metres of 0.3% copper and 0.07 g/t gold nearly 450 metres apart.

(JSE:DRD) (), the South African gold producer, reported a 5% increase in gold production to 1,493 kilogram in output for the quarter ended September 30 compared with the three months to June. In a statement, the company attributed the rise primarily to a 4% increase in tonnage throughput to 7,155,000 tonnes as its Far West Gold Recoveries operation achieved a planned throughput of 500,000 tonnes per month from phase 1 and successfully started operating its mills at the beginning of September.

Nabis Holdings Inc () (OTCMKTS:NABIF) announced Monday it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the membership units of Perpetual Healthcare Inc. The acquisition, previously announced on August 12 and October 16, included Arizona-based Emerald Phoenix, a licensed medical marijuana dispensary and Infusion Edibles, a popular cannabis-infused snack and beverage brand. “This closing marks a critical milestone to our expanding reach in Arizona’s strong limited-license, medical cannabis market,” said Nabis CEO Shay Shnet in a statement. Acquiring 100% of the membership units of Perpetual Healthcare cost Nabis US$15 million (C$19.65 million.

Inc (), a cell and gene therapy company, will present at the Dawson James Securities 5th Annual Small Cap Growth Conference being held on October 28-29 at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in Jupiter, Florida. CEO Vered Caplan is scheduled to present at 2:50 pm ET on October 29. He will also meet one-on-one with investors throughout the conference.
