Biome Grow Inc () (OTCMKTS:BIOIF) revealed Thursday that its licensed Nova Scotia cannabis producer Highland Grow was profitable in the second-quarter on a standalone basis, fueling record revenue for the group. The cannabis company said second-quarter revenue quadrupled to $1.35 million from $341,000 in the first quarter. Similarly, gross profit tripled in the quarter to $600,000, compared to $204,000 in the previous quarter

() (OTCMKTS:IPATF), a biologics contract research organization, posted fiscal full-year results Wednesday that showed record revenues thanks in part to its recent European acquisition. The company saw revenue more than double year over year for the 12 months ended April 30 to $10.9 million from $5.4 million. A big reason why, the company said in a statement, was their March acquisition of ModiQuest Research, now known as IPA Europe.

Corporation () (OTCMKTS:NWVCF), the makers of dehydrated Moon Cheese, posted fiscal third quarter results Thursday that showed revenue hit an all-time high. The company's results for the three months ended June 30 saw reported revenue of $10 million, nearly 50% more than the $6.7 million the company posted a year earlier.

Dunnedin Ventures Inc () told investors there was a chance of a major discovery at its MPD copper-gold porphyry project in British Columbia, Canada as it posted more encouraging sampling results. To prepare for an upcoming drill program this year, the Vancouver-based firm resampled two historic trenches in the Man area at the project and explored a broader, 25 sq km area that encompasses the historic Man, Prime and Dillard prospects.

It said the expiry date of 6,095,238 common share purchase warrants issued on September 12, 2017, will be extended by one year to September 23, 2020; and the expiry date of 970,000 common share purchase warrants issued on November 12, 2017, will be extended by one year to November 23, 2020. He will discuss the potential to increase leronlimab’s half-life so that it may be able to be administered only once a month. The CEO also will discuss pre-clinical study results about the potential for leronlimab to reduce liver fibrosis, which is one of the clinical manifestations of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Pourhassan also will meet with interested conference attendees throughout the one-day event.

Bluebird Battery Metals Inc () said on Thursday that its president George Karageorge has resigned from his position with the Western Australian battery metals explorer. In a statement, Bluebird said it “wishes to thank Mr. Karageorge for his time and effort over the past few months.”  The Vancouver-based company has assets in Western Australia. It recently acquired the Southern lithium project, which consists of nine granted exploration licences, three  exploration licence applications and a granted prospecting licence with a total land area of 664 sq km.

Ltd () said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the share purchase agreement, dated April 30, 2019, whereby the company has acquired the remaining 2% minority equity interest in Columbian exploration firm Minerales Camino Real S.A.S. According to the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to issue 1.2 million common shares as consideration for the minority equity interest.
